Well, our anniversary has come and gone, and DTE is officialy 8 years old. We have finally determined that the clan was started in early 2000, although before that time it existed in other forms.

Team Fortress 2 is still going strong as the biggest DTE game, a few more have joined the ranks in the servers since last time. Daniel and SpuD have bought it, bringing the total number of TF2 people (whom actually play) to eight. We've had a few games with 5-6 DTE in which is really nice.

On Friday, Age of Conan officialy launches (pre-launch is already under way). I will be playing and I know there will be a few others trying it out. We will be joining the Aquilonia RP-PvP server (EU). I will be getting a few guest passes with my collector's edition, so if you want to try it out (and your computer meets the minimum specs) then I'll be glad to hand one to you. Just post here, first come first serve (2 already reserved for mosi and Dani).

On a positive note, rumour has it that Darkfall Online is scheduled for release in 2008, which is good news because I know a lot of people are very excited about this game, myself being one of them.

And yey! for Age of Conan and RK - I will finally have a game I might enjoy playing :D

TF2 might be the biggest game atm but Me, SpuD, Mosi and Vel had a fun time playing CSS last night :D
And ill take the last free pass if my PC can run it :D

Good thing that message ended with the positive note of DFO coming out because frankly I find DTE's birthday depressing, almost as if I was a button being  pushed to receive bacon.

i need to steal a guest pass (i'd buy it, but i think i'd get stuck on americana servers), woo birthday, i was just thinking it was 10 years, but 8's pretty close i guess, makes you feel kinda old... my birthdays the 29th, me and Dte have so much in common

I think TF2 will be here to stay for a long while yet. Hopefully AoC will last till DFO comes out. Happy brthday DTE
