I went over a lovley speed bump earlier and into a nice deep pot hole which has resulted in a nice crack in my plastic bumper. was going to glue it with 2 part epoxy like araldite, what do we think, its a 2009 one so its just a plastic bumper. oh and now I have to pay my road tax for these shitty pot hole filled roads joy :|

I would say it depends on the nature of the crack. But araldite is one of the strongest bonding agents known to man. (It is used for bonding concrete elements) And it should do the job, though not for long as it is unable to flex and therefore likely to crack again. You might want a different epoxy that allows for flexing.
Maybe with a piece of plastic on the inside for support. It wont look picture perfect though, unless you do some sanding and painting.

Can't you ring the city councel for that pothole. Might get your money for fixing the bumper that way

Rumour has it a lot of councils are actually leaving the potholes in as they're cheap traffic calming

And now it's "car tax" not "road tax" it doesn't imply they have to fix them. It's almost as though they'd like us to stop driving, although the bus/trains around here make that situation impossible for all but retired folk and those that live within walking distance of their job.

They are known as inverted speedbumps in some parts of the world. They don't even need to be maintained.
