Hello folks

If anyone remembers the good ole days of ultima online and enjoy the full loot style of gaming then check out Mortal Online.

Unreal Engine, first person only, non-instance world, FPS combat etc.

I've been away from the game for 6 months due to work, but played it from launch (it was a terrible launch. But is now at a stage where I'll recommend it

I played it in beta and tried it on launch because I forgot to cancel my pre-order and I thought it was terrible. I loved UO and even played it with some of the MO devs before they released. But back then Mortal Online just wasn't good. The world was empty, players were all hacking and it just wasn't fun.

Tempted to try it though again soon, I think they just released their second expansion for it too opening another city (only thing I remember from the E-Mail).

Gona download it again now, but I seem to remember trying it again 3 months or so back and it still wasn't that great.

I have a copy as well but last time I tried it out it was too clunky for me. I was planing on waiting another year or so then check it out...

last time I played it was at the 1st expansion dawn release and as an developer myself I found it unforgiveable

But from what my pals who stuck with it have said... it's come a long way.

But they also add to wait for the next expansion which brings in the new AI and stuff.
